Daisy

You will need:
  • 3 colors paper (one being green)
  • styrofoam ball, cut in half
  • 1 green pipe cleaner
  • glue
  • scissors
  • paint color of choice
  1. Cut ball in half. Let child paint it. Let dry.
  2. Meanwhile, cut petals out of one color paper.
  3. Cut the pipe cleaner in half. One half will be stem. With the other half make two leaves. (see top picture)
  4. With green paper, cut a small strip for grass. Make small vertical cuts to make it more like grass. (also see top picture)
  5. Glue or tape green stem and leaves to the background paper ( I used double sided tape)
  6. Glue down the flower petals in a circle at the top of the stem. Glue the styrofoam ball in the center of the petals.
  7. Finally, glue down strip of grass. Let everything dry.
