Duck

You will need:
  • background paper and white paper
  • yellow marker/crayon
  • scissors
  • glue
  • googly eye(s)
  • orange foam
  • feathers
  1. Draw a duck outline on the white paper.
  2. Have child color the duck yellow. While child is coloring, cut beak and feet out of foam.
  3. Cut out duck. Glue it to background paper.
  4. Glue feet, eye and beak to duck. Glue on feathers. (Watch out for gluey fingers, that can frustrate your kid very easily. I had wipes on hand)
  5. Let feathers dry.
After doing her duck, she wanted to glue more feathers. I drew a big "D" on some paper and asked her what letter it was. She said "D". Yay! She then glued feathers to the "D".
