"D" is for Dog

You will need:

• background paper and white or light colored paper
• brown felt for ear, black felt for nose and red felt for tongue (or foam)
• scissors
• glue
• light brown paint (or brown and white to make light brown)
• googly eye

1. Draw large "D" on white paper. Let child paint. Let dry.
2. Meanwhile, cut ear out of brown felt, nose out of black and tongue out of red. (see first picture).
3. Cut out "D". Glue to background paper.
4. Glue on ear, eye, nose and tongue. Let dry.
